Have you ever thought about a career as a Diesel Technician? Are you tired of working hard at a dead‑end J‑O‑B with no appreciation for your contributions? Do you want to feel proud of what you do and get on the path to a better and brighter future for you and your family? Did you take apart and put back together that pickup truck in your driveway—does the exhaust pipe have that loud noise or the spoiler give extra down‑force? Are you working as a lube tech or other position in a maintenance shop, but your company does not provide education or tools? FleeTec Academy – Paid Educational Program

FleeTec Academy is a

paid educational program

that prepares participants to become full‑time Diesel & Trailer Technicians. We will pay you for 4 weeks of full‑time classroom training at our Academy Campus. Travel expenses (transportation, hotel, and meals) are covered, and you receive a weekly paycheck. After the classroom phase, you will pair with a Lead Technician for hands‑on training and receive a full‑time job offer. Periodically, you’ll return for additional classroom study to develop skills. Upon successful completion of the multi‑year program, you will be certified as a Diesel Technician and retain the tools. 4 weeks paid classroom training; all travel expenses paid. Free technical education and toolbox. Hands‑on training and a full‑time job as a Mobile Diesel Mechanic in your market. Job Duties
