Landscape Logic
Landscape Logic is seeking a strong leader to fill a Team Lead position within our installation department. Candidates should have strong leadership and communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks, excel in time management, and preferably landscaping and/or masonry experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for ensuring that Landscape Logic quality standards are met and processes are followed on each site in a safe and efficient manner by our crews at all times.
Lead a crew of two or more, providing direction, training, and ensuring high productivity and quality work.
Oversee and lead crews in landscape installation projects such as property grading, planting, paver installation, water features, seawalls and custom landscape projects.
Maintain and report job progress within an online platform, including time management for crews, job photos and progress notes.
Enforce safety standards and ensure the team follows safety protocols when handling tools and equipment.
Successful applicants should have the following
At least two years of experience in landscaping or landscape maintenance, with some experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
General knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant species and hardscaping.
Strong team management and communication skills.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift heavy objects.
Ability to resolve issues that may arise on the job site.
A clean driving record and the ability to operate landscaping vehicles and machinery. (CDL a plus)
Working Conditions
Outdoor environment, potentially exposed to varying weather conditions.
Regular lifting of heavy materials and equipment.
May require working early mornings or weekends, depending on project timelines.
