Job Position: CNC Machinist
Location: Waukesha, WI 53189
Pay Rate: Up to $40.00/hr + $2.00 Shift Differential BOE
Shift: 3rd shift, Sun-Thu, 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Description: We are immediately hiring in Waukesha, WI for an experienced milling and/or turning CNC machinist with the ability to set-up large scale parts and select tooling. Must be able to work independently. You’ll be working the third shift, Sunday through Thursday from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m

CNC Machinist Duties and Responsibilities Performs all tasks in a safe and responsible manner. Read and interpret blueprints and work order routings. Properly loads and unloads material and fixturing into CNC machinery. Uses gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements. Understands, interprets and edits G-code programming. Recognizes, deploys and properly uses inserts, fixtures and tooling. Understands and has the ability to perform tool wear offsets. Performs daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on CNC machinery. Ability to comply with all quality policies, specifications and instructions.
CNC Machinist Qualifications and Requirements A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a CNC machinist is required. Must Have Tool & Die background Experience with Fanuc & Heidenhain Controls preferred. Experience with Boring Bar, Milling or Drilling of Structural Weldments required(steel, stainless & aluminum) High School diploma or equivalent. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when required. Heavy manufacturing preferred.
