Responsibilities
Set up and run CNC machines to manufacture parts based on provided specifications.
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate production.
Observe machine operations, making necessary adjustments to maintain expected quality.
Conduct regular machine maintenance and resolve any operational problems.
Keep the workspace tidy and follow all safety guidelines to promote a safe environment.
Work with colleagues to refine production methods and boost overall efficiency.
Keep detailed production logs and maintain precise records of completed tasks.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent; a technical degree or machining certification is a plus.
Demonstrated experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar capacity.
Skilled in interpreting blueprints and various technical drawings.
Solid knowledge of CNC machinery and related programming.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Exceptional attention to detail with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Knowledgeable about safety regulations and procedures within a manufacturing setting.
