Install, troubleshoot, configure, reconstruct, and program security and site automation solutions. Work with fire and carbon monoxide detection, networking, hosted video solutions, and access control. Follow and complete required processes of wired and wireless technology and connection procedures. Test and validate system signals and communication with central monitoring to establish service. Demonstrate a customer service champion attitude by helping customers fix and understand protection in their home. Qualifications
Service experience and technical aptitude. Strong verbal communication and customer‑focused mindset. High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver’s license required. Benefits
