MIG Welder - Custom Shop - Stainless – 4‑10 hr shifts
Base Pay : $28.00/hr – $36.00/hr
Shift Schedule : 4‑10 hour shifts, Monday through Friday
Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding on stainless steel for custom metal fabrication projects.
Consistently produce clean, high‑quality welds according to project specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Work independently and collaboratively with the shop team.
Follow shop safety protocols and PPE requirements.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Qualifications
3+ years of MIG welding experience, including stainless steel.
Experience with custom fabrication or architectural metalwork preferred.
Proficiency with grinders, saws, presses, brakes, and other welding equipment.
Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
Familiarity with shop safety protocols and PPE.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
