Welder Position with Growing Industry Leader
Pay Range:
$25.00/hr - $35.00/hr
Location:
Berlin, NJ
Work Hours:
Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm (Overtime available)

Key Responsibilities
Perform MIG and TIG welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions.
Set up welding equipment, adjust settings, and select proper materials.
Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and structural integrity.
Use hand tools, grinders, and measuring instruments as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.
Work independently or as part of a team to meet production goals.
Qualifications
2+ years of MIG and TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting.
Experience welding multiple materials and thicknesses.
Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to pass a weld test.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
