Retail Display Installer – Technology
2020 Companies invites you to apply for the Retail Display Installer – Technology position, representing leading technology brands including Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP.
Location & Schedule Travel up to 90 miles from home on average. Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.
Work Monday–Friday. Weekends are not required but may be required for some assignments.
Key Responsibilities
Respond and maintain consistent communication with field services management within 24 hours of contact.
Keep availability information accurate and updated.
Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
Install, build, and update displays, end caps, and fixtures.
Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys associated with each job before leaving the site.
Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
Participate in early morning installations and team installations (2+ people) and provide solution feedback.
Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
Assist other team members as needed to ensure overall success.
Adhere to timecard submission timelines, report anomalies daily with required corrections.
Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Participate in and complete training and certification programs.
Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
Scheduling & Planning
Hours and locations may vary week to week, including occasional weekends and early morning hours.
Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
Project Execution & Relationship Development
Follow all directives and execute fully and completely.
Collaborate with the shared services team to ensure goals, identify improvement opportunities, and communicate solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships within the shared services team, local markets, clients, retailers, and stakeholders.
Provide and receive feedback to continuously improve customer and client satisfaction.
Leadership & Communication
Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and strong leadership while representing the company.
Set a high standard for behavior, foster a positive work environment, and maintain transparent, respectful communication.
Work across all company functions and cross‑functional processes to align and achieve operational success.
Make sound decisions, show good judgement, and solve problems effectively.
Work autonomously with excellent time management and reporting skills.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older (insurance requirement).
Authorized to work in the United States.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial.
Installation and merchandising experience preferred.
Proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives.
Must own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data.
Ability to safely climb ladders up to 10 feet, lift up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend, handle/grasp, and reach overhead.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment.
Availability: flexible Monday‑Friday, weekend and holiday availability, early morning and late‑night as needed; maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
Strong communication skills via phone, text, and email; smartphone proficiency for clocking, photo uploads, and application usage.
Adaptability to changing tasks and work environments.

Hourly pay starting at $16.50 per hour, based on experience and location.
