Pay rate: $24.26/hour plus an additional $4.93/hour for Health and Welfare.
Schedule: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday - Friday, with occasional weekends and after-hours.

Job Summary The General Maintenance Worker performs general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings requiring practical skill and knowledge (but not proficiency) in drywall, painting, masonry, and carpentry.
Primary Duties
Support duties for Facility Maintenance, Grounds, Inventory/Warehouse, Loading Dock Freight, and Material Handling.
Perform basic rough and finish carpentry work and prepare various surfaces for paint, enamel, lacquer, varnish, or stain; repair wall coverings and assist with repairs on doors, locks, hinges, ceiling tiles, and other facility maintenance.
Respond in a timely manner to scheduled/unscheduled tenant requests for a variety of maintenance issues.
Assist as an overall Site Maintenance support specialist while performing duties as assigned.
Additional Duties
Report to supervisor any damaged racks, faulty equipment, or other safety hazards.
Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
May perform or assist in warehouse, grounds, and equipment maintenance as required.
Assist in all Freight and Material Handling as needed.
Comply and coordinate with all Dock master policies and procedures.
Comply with OSHA guidelines, participate in all other training required by funding source(s) and/or the Corporation such as Human Rights training.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in carpentry and painting required.
Prior experience providing maintenance and repairs of buildings preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondences, and memos, labels, and numbers.
Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
Basic ability to operate a computer using Microsoft Office software.
Ability to add and subtract two‑digit numbers and divide.
Must be able to pass criminal and drug screening processes.
Physical Demands The employee must regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds. The employee must stand, use hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop and kneel, walk, and sit as needed. Sensory: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment Noise level usually quiet to moderate.
