We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Senior Patternmaker
to join a leading apparel brand’s Pre‑Production team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both manual and digital patternmaking, a strong understanding of garment construction and fit, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Translate design sketches, specifications, and samples into accurate, production‑ready patterns
Develop and draft digital patterns using Gerber software
Conduct and participate in fit sessions, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal fit and construction
Create and maintain detailed tech packs, including sewing and construction instructions
Collaborate cross‑functionally with design, development, and production teams to ensure precision and quality
Manage deadlines and workflow in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high accuracy
Qualifications
10+ years of patternmaking experience (manual and CAD)
Proficiency in
Gerber CAD software
required
Knowledge of Centric PLM and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
Bachelor’s degree or Fashion School degree in Patternmaking or Fashion Merchandising preferred
Highly organized, motivated, and detail‑oriented
Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
