Position Overview
A well-established Southern California law firm is seeking an experienced
Senior Litigation Paralegal
to support its
employment defense practice . This is a fully remote role for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and values long-term stability.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and manage pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondence
Handle all aspects of discovery, including document collection, review, and production
Manage case calendars, deadlines, and trial preparation
Assist with depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial logistics
Maintain accurate and organized case files
Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Required Qualifications
10+ years of litigation paralegal experience
Strong experience supporting complex litigation matters
Employment defense experience is
highly preferred
Exceptional organizational, drafting, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Proficiency with litigation and document management systems
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between
$90,000 – $125,000 . The firm may be open to the higher end of the range for the right candidate. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
