$110K-$115K annually (plus OT as required)

Hybrid (1 day WFH after initial 60‑day ramp‑up period)

Job Description\ Our client needs an experienced paralegal for the Oil & Gas Litigation Practice group. Candidates should be self‑starters, highly organized, and team players. The role supports lawyers with various duties and responsibilities, involving high levels of attorney contact and visibility.

Perform electronic court filings for state and federal district and appellate courts.

Docket and calendar the practice group’s cases, monitoring and tracking deadlines, court dates, and other critical events.

Establish, organize, and maintain pleadings, attorney trial notebooks, expert witness notebooks, document indexes and lists.

Receive, review, and process various legal documents such as pleadings, court orders, contracts, and other related materials.

Review and outline depositions, indexes and summarize documents.

Provide administrative assistance for deposition and trial preparation.

Assist attorney team with various administrative tasks as needed.

Liaise with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal staff to obtain necessary information and provide updates on case statuses.

Ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate and organized records of all legal documents.

Requirements\

Excellent time management and project management skills, with the ability to set and manage multiple priorities.

Detail‑oriented, with excellent oral and written communication, spelling, and grammar skills.

High energy and ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment, including multi‑tasking and prioritizing.

Interpersonal skills to establish relationships, liaise, communicate, and follow instructions from clients, attorneys, staff, and vendors with courtesy and tact.

Commitment to providing superior customer service.

Thorough knowledge of firm systems, practices, and procedures.

Ability to work well under pressure.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

BLS paralegal board certification preferred.
