Litigation Paralegal

About the Role The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys throughout all stages of the litigation process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing a substantial personal injury caseload. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional follow-through, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and correspondence
Manage all aspects of discovery (drafting, responding, organizing, and tracking)
Obtain, review, and summarize medical records and billing statements
Track case progress, monitor deadlines, and maintain court dockets
Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness lists, and jury instructions
Draft settlement agreements, lien summaries, and calculation sheets
Maintain organized case files and handle various administrative tasks
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal
Minimum 2 years of experience in Personal Injury Law
Strong understanding of litigation processes and PI case flow
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with legal software and case management systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
