Pay
Base: $65,000 - $80,000 per year. Annual bonus may be offered.
Location In‑person position based in Austin, TX. Candidates outside the area must relocate. After onboarding, the role offers a hybrid schedule: 2–3 days per week remote, 2–3 days per week in‑office.
About the Firm Doyle & Seelbach PLLC is a small Austin‑based litigation firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation. Our statewide practice includes personal‑injury defense, employment, business, construction, and real‑estate disputes.
Responsibilities
Draft legal documents (pleadings, discovery, etc.).
Conduct factual and legal analysis.
Help attorneys prepare for mediations, depositions, hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
Interact with clients and build strong relationships.
Qualifications
At least two years of civil‑litigation paralegal experience.
Excellent writing and verbal skills.
Strong organizational skills and a team‑player mindset.
Computer‑savvy; proficiency with Microsoft Office, Clio or similar practice‑management software.
Experience tracking billable time is a plus.
