Litigation Legal Assistant / Paralegal

Full-Time | 37.5 Hours/Week | $78,000–$110,000+ DOE
(higher possible for senior candidates)

LHH is working with a growing mid-size law firm in Downtown Bellevue, which is seeking an experienced
Litigation Legal Assistant/Paralegal
to support a full-time litigator and several real estate attorneys. This position includes a mix of litigation support, real estate/land use tasks, and administrative responsibilities. Candidates should enjoy a collaborative, team-focused environment and have strong King County experience.

Key Responsibilities
Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, memos, and correspondence
Format, finalize, and file court documents; manage litigation files and deadlines
Support e-discovery, trial preparation, depositions, and witness scheduling
Conduct legal research and assist with document production
Support real estate matters, including unlawful detainers and land use (training provided)
Administrative support: scanning, calendaring, expense reports, meeting coordination
Assist with CLE tracking, bar renewals, and various internal processes
Qualifications
2+ years litigation experience (King County required); 3+ years preferred
Ability and willingness to learn real estate and land use work
Strong drafting, filing, and case management skills
Comfortable handling administrative tasks as part of the role
Proficient with Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software
Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage a fast-paced workload
PTO:
3 weeks to start; increases to 4, then 5 with tenure
10 paid holidays
Annual discretionary bonus:
typically, $5,000–$12,000
401(k) match up to 3% + safe harbor + profit sharing
Medical & Vision:
100% employer-paid (employee)
HSA contribution:
$100/month ($1,200 annually)
Parking supplement:
employee pays approx. $105/month

Firm size: approx. 20–25 attorneys; 15–17 staff
Team includes 2 full-time paralegals and 2 part-time paralegals
This role supports 1 full-time litigator and 1–3 real estate attorneys (not full-time support to each)
