full-time Legal Assistant
to provide essential administrative and client support across the firm.
This role is central to keeping our attorneys focused, our matters organized, and our clients cared for. If you’re detail-oriented, dependable, and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do Client Support & Intake
Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for clients and prospective clients
Manage calls, emails, scheduling, and consultation logistics
Assist with client onboarding and internal task creation
Matter Management
Maintain organized digital files and document workflows
Track signature requirements, follow-ups, and matter deadlines
Prepare engagement agreements, correspondence, and routine forms
Attorney Support
Assist attorneys with meeting prep, follow-up tasks, and communication
Coordinate with notaries, financial advisors, and other third parties
Prepare binders, signing packets, and other client deliverables
Office & Operational Support
Support the launch and day-to-day operations of the new Arlington office
Assist with ordering supplies, managing equipment, and basic office upkeep
Collaborate closely with our Woodbridge staff to ensure consistent processes firm-wide
What We’re Looking For
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Clear, professional communication — written and verbal
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Tech-comfortable: Outlook, Word, PDF editing, cloud storage
Experience in a law firm or office with high client interaction preferred
Estate planning experience is a plus but not required — we will train
Most importantly, you should be someone who takes ownership of your work and values being the person others can depend on.
