Mainline Service Technician/Mechanic

to join our growing family and help "Make Confidence Happen".

Recent graduates of an accredited technical school (graduated within the last 24 months) receive $625 per month tuition reimbursement for 2 years ($15,000 total)

Aggressive sign‑on bonuses with guaranteed hours – up to $15,000 based on level and certifications

Apprentice: $4,000

Level 1‑2/Recon: $6,000

Level 3: $8,000

Here Is What You Will Be Doing

Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.

Test‑drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.

Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.

Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.

Complete all tasks assigned in a timely manner and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.

Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.

Any other duties as assigned by Management

Here Is What You Will Need

Previous experience as a service technician required

Strong automotive background

Manufacturer ASE certifications preferred

Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre‑employment drug test.

Valid driver's license
