Here Is What You Will Be Doing
Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards.
Test‑drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
Perform MPI’s as well as prepare video presentations for our guests so that they can be informed of any additional service needed.
Prepare estimates to repair vehicles.
Complete all tasks assigned in a timely manner and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
Any other duties as assigned by management.
Here Is What You Will Need
Team player attitude.
A minimum of 3 years of main shop experience, highline experience preferred.
Strong automotive mechanical and diagnostic background.
Solid understanding of processes, procedures and repair based on manufacturers requirements.
The ability and understanding to be current on all training, certifications and requirements to fulfill a technician position.
A CSI focused mindset.
A proven track record of FRFT, proficiency, efficiency and flagged hours.
A clear understanding of providing highline service.
VW/Audi and ASE certifications required.
High school diploma/GED required.
Successfully complete MVR, background check and pre‑employment drug test.
Valid driver’s license.
