Starting Pay: $19.50 per hour + $1.50 shift differential

Full‑time 80% production / 20% sanitation responsibilities
What You Will Do
Operate manufacturing equipment with simple functions and ensure proper production startup
Control line speeds, batch formula, production rates, and overall product quality and safety
Complete various quality checks and document chemical use and concentrations
Clean floors, fixtures, walls using standard cleaning supplies and maintain neat appearance
Disassemble and reassemble equipment as directed
Follow sanitation schedules, conduct and document routine cleaning of the facility and production line
Use and document chemical use to stated concentrations and appropriate applications
Verify correct chemicals and concentrations are used and cleaning and sanitizing are complete to meet micro indicator tests
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
Complete required paperwork (downtime, HACCP, SAP, SOPs, safety operation, training)
Conduct yourself in a manner consistent with company mission, values, code of ethics, policies, and conduct standards
What You Will Bring
High school diploma or GED with 0–1 year of relevant experience preferred
At least 18 years old with ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Comfortable with physical labor in a fast‑paced, production environment
Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for long periods and work in varying temperature conditions
Flexible to work overtime, weekends, and alternative shifts as needed
