Position Summary
Utilize AutoCAD to draft and QA/QC permitting and design exhibits.
Use existing templates for exhibit creation.
Use Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets and tables.
Edit GIS databases via AutoCAD FDO connection to update attributes and feature geometry.
Learn rules, regulations, and client exhibit design specifications and apply understanding when drafting.
Complete work within the prescribed metrics set by the Coordinator with minimal errors.
Track assigned work, budget, and timeline and communicate with the Coordinator to determine priorities of multiple tasks.
Work with the Coordinator to understand expectations of metrics for drafting and meeting project deadlines.
Communicate with team members, Coordinator and Production Manager on workload status to meet designated utilization goals.
Identify opportunities for product improvements and efficiencies.
Position Requirements
Successful pre-employment background check for Landmark Construction and all military bases is required.
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen is required.

Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
Minimum of 1 year of construction experience or combination of education and experience is preferred.
Knowledge of principals, methods and standards of the designated trade’s area.
Experience in the use and methods of tools and equipment commonly employed with the trade.
Physical Requirements
Work involves sitting, walking or standing for extended periods of time in various adverse weather conditions.
Requires the ability to speak and/or signal people to convey or exchange information.
Must have minimal levels of eye/hand/foot coordination.
Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment: safety glasses, hard hat with chin strap, reflective safety vest, gloves, ear protection, face shield, safety toe boots.
