Role Description
Carmin Industries is seeking a full-time CNC Operator to join our team at our Jacksonville, AL facility. This on-site role involves operating CNC machinery to produce precision components, performing quality control checks to ensure adherence to design specifications, and maintaining machinery to ensure optimal performance. The CNC Operator will collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines, interpret technical drawings, and make adjustments to equipment as needed. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Qualifications
Proficient in Machine Operation, including setup, adjustments, and maintenance
Knowledge of Quality Control processes to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards
Experience in Machining and Milling, with the ability to work with precision tools and materials
Familiarity with operating and maintaining various types of CNC Machinery
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Capability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
Previous experience in defense, aerospace, or medical equipment manufacturing is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machining or related field preferred
