Position Description
Overall appreciation for the whole vehicle, including chassis component assembly and installation, and general vehicle assembly.
Removal and installation of vehicle components.
Qualifications
Vehicle disassembly and assembly (powertrain, exterior, interior).
Manage parts inventory and accurately execute Build Sheets.
Communicate with team and customer.
Provide own tools and work with minimal instruction.
Troubleshoot vehicle wiring.
Tear down and rebuild complete vehicle assemblies.
Steering and suspension installation.
Brake line rebuild and installation.
Vacuum and refill A/C systems.
Drain, fill and bleed coolant systems.
Physical Requirements
Continuous standing, walking, bending.
Repetitive lifting up to 35 lbs.
Occasional lifting up to 75 lbs.
