We are currently seeking a Logistics Representative to work in our Romulus Product Development facility.
Responsibilities
Inventory Management: oversee tracking components/parts including receiving, storing, and organizing materials.
Implement best practices to minimize errors, damages, and losses.
Oversee shipping of components locally, nationally, and globally.
Address any delays promptly and implement corrective actions.
Effectively communicate with the team addressing concerns with shipments.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Logistics / Commodity Representative.
Experience with DHL and FedEx procedures.
Experience with international shipping.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Continuous standing, walking, bending.
Valid Chauffeur driver's license with a clean driving record.
High school diploma.
Self‑starter, able to work independently and with a team.
Great communication skills (orally and written).
Familiar with an ERP system.
Computer literate; MS Office Suite experience.
