Embed company and regulatory program requirements into daily maintenance practices. Plan and execute maintenance through our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), closing work orders with thorough, accurate notes. Serve as a key driver of the plant’s proactive reliability and maintenance strategy. Provide exceptional service to teammates and partner effectively across departments. Perform other duties as requested to support plant goals. Core electrical/controls expertise
Fluent in reading electrical schematics, diagrams, and ladder logic. Proficient in safe use of electrical troubleshooting instruments. Preferred: Allen‑Bradley ControlLogix PLCs, Remote I/O, and VFDs. Preferred: Industrial networking knowledge. Preferred: HMI platforms such as AB PanelView and Wonderware. Preferred: Servo and motion control systems. General electronic troubleshooting proficiency. Mechanical and PM excellence
Mechanical drive and conveyance systems. PD and centrifugal pumps. High-speed rotating equipment. Pneumatic conveying systems. Mechanical system troubleshooting, welding, pneumatics, and lubrication. Execute preventive maintenance tasks and leverage CMMS for PM planning. Systems you’ll support
Dough mixing, feeding, and extrusion lines. Baking ovens. Horizontal wrapping machinery. Robotic packaging systems and robotic palletizers. Inkjet printers, case printers, and print-and-apply pallet labelers. Vision inspection and barcode scanning systems. Metal detection systems. Boiler operations, air compressors, and ammonia compressors. Professional and administrative strengths
Excellent listening, speaking, and writing abilities. MS Office (Word, Excel) and MS Outlook for calendar and email management; strong written and oral communication. Works extremely well in a team setting with personnel from varied departments; contributes to collaborative problem-solving. What sets you apart

High-speed packaging machinery experience preferred. Food manufacturing experience preferred. Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices preferred. Strict adherence to safety and Lockout/Tagout programs. Proficient with hand and power tools. Weekend work or overtime may be required as determined by management. Role proficiencies
