As a CNC Machine Operator, you will contribute to all aspects of production across multiple departments, including laser cutting, press brake operation, part finishing, powder coating, hardware installation, and more. This is a hands‑on role that requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong mechanical mindset. Whether you’re setting up a press brake or deburring finished parts, you’ll play an essential role in delivering precision‑made components to our customers.

What you’ll do Learn and perform a range of tasks depending on departmental needs, including:

Operating or supporting CNC fiber lasers or press brakes

Deburring, tumbling, and finishing parts

Powder coating and part masking

Tapping, countersinking, and installing hardware

Interpret work instructions and use hand tools, power tools, and inspection equipment

Perform quality checks to ensure customer specifications are met

Move materials and job orders throughout the facility

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Collaborate with team leads and shift supervisors to meet daily production goals

What we’re looking for

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to be cross‑trained across multiple processes

Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices

High attention to detail and quality

Strong work ethic and ability to follow direction in a fast‑paced environment

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for 10–12 hour shifts

Forklift experience is a plus
