Description As a Powder Coating Tech, you’ll play a key role in our Post Production team, ensuring that all parts are coated properly in accordance with customer specifications and company quality standards. You’ll help guarantee timely delivery while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

What You’ll Do
Pretreat, clean, and powder coat various customer parts
Perform required in‑process and final quality checks as well as conducting part counts for each order
Perform pre and post quality checks on all parts, and ensure parts meet work order specifications
Batch orders appropriately to ensure production demands and timelines are met
Assist with basic machine maintenance including but not limited to spray systems, blasting equipment, and other misc finishing equipment
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Maintain a clean work environment within the principles of LEAN manufacturing and 5S
Communicate daily with your supervisor regarding any issues or concerns
Complete any additional tasks set forth by the Post Production Manager
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in powder coating, painting, or industrial finishing preferred
Ability to complete implied tasks to perform necessary job functions
Basic knowledge of materials and equipment used in the powder coating process
Basic computer skills
Able to repeatedly lift 25 lbs and up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand/walk for 10‑12 hours per shift
Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe work environment
