Job Description
Performs basic operational tasks with a high degree of supervision.
Responsibilities include packaging kits, cleaning functions, conducting simple in-process quality checks, and completing routine paperwork.
Handles some basic machine operations, such as pulling raw materials, feeding materials into production lines, and clearing some common machine faults.
Limited involvement in set-up, start-up, shut-down, and adjustments of machines.
Provides minimal input on Standard Operating Procedures.
Follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) with supervision.
Adheres to housekeeping and safety policies.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Experience: At least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
Skills
Basic teamwork and communication abilities.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to perform semi-routine assignments with supervision.
Proficiency in reading, writing, following diagrams, and performing basic arithmetic.
