CNC Mill Operator - 2nd Shift
Base Pay Range : $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr
We are currently seeking a skilled
CNC Mill Operator
with hands‑on experience in
CNC machining . This role requires proficiency in measuring tools such as
calipers, micrometers, and indicators .
Responsibilities
Preferably 5 years of experience in CNC milling operations.
Proficient in using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and indicators.
Capable of running and maintaining part quality on 2 to 3 machines simultaneously.
Perform own tool changes efficiently.
Read and understand blueprints accurately.
Follow part Process Sheets meticulously.
Knowledgeable in M & G codes.
Familiar with basic CNC functions – single block, optional stop, cycle stop, feedrate override.
Make precise tool offsets.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Can lift up to 50 lbs.
Works well in a team environment.
Perform CNC set‑ups independently.
Operational Duties
Daily equipment maintenance inspections: lubrication, fluid checks, chip handling.
Program loading and verification procedures.
Inspect products during and after production to ensure quality standards.
Adhere to industry safety standards and maintain necessary certifications.

Monday – Friday, 2nd Shift 3:30 pm – 12:00 am
Pay:
$16‑$23/hour based on experience PLUS $2/HR 2nd‑shift premium.
Overtime:
Paid after 40 hours. Occasional Saturdays as needed.
