Read blueprints and GD&T like a second language.
Use precision measuring tools to ensure every part is exactly right.
Perform in‑process inspections and document your results.
Diagnose setup or machining issues and adjust parameters to perfection.
Handle tool changes, lubrication, and routine maintenance.
Work closely with maintenance or leadership on equipment needs.
