Daily Responsibilities
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production machinery and plant equipment
Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues
Install, align, and test new machinery and equipment
Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
Conduct equipment inspections to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime
Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately
Collaborate with engineering, production, and safety teams on continuous improvement
Ensure all maintenance work follows safety policies and regulatory standards
Respond to emergency equipment breakdowns to support continuous operations
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of mechanic or industrial maintenance experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Working knowledge of mechanical systems; exposure to hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical systems preferred
Ability to read and understand schematics and technical documentation
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to safety
Schedule & Pay Pay Rate:
$20.00 per hour
Shift:
First Shift: Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
