Industrial Maintenance Technician (Direct Hire)

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $37.00 per hour
Shift: 1st or 3rd Shift

What You Need:
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or trade school preferred
Minimum 3 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Experience with PLC troubleshooting is preferred
Welding/fabrication and use of precision measuring tools is a plus
Ability to work independently and within a team
Willingness to work overtime or weekends when needed
How the Day Goes:
Perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance on machinery and facility systems
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals to guide maintenance and repair work
Support the installation of new equipment and implement process improvements
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
Respond promptly to equipment failures to minimize production downtime
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment
