Location:

Role 2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated Field Service Representative to join our team and represent leading brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google and HP. You will execute a wide range of in‑store tasks, including installing fixtures, performing build‑outs, resets, repairs and following plan‑ograms and client‑specific directives.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and maintain consistent communication with field services management (within 24 hours).
Keep availability updated and accurate.
Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
Install and build displays, end caps, and fixturing.
Complete required forms and surveys before leaving the job site.
Maintain and update displays per planograms and client requests.
Carry out break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures remain functional.
Participate in early‑morning installations and installations involving a team of 2+ people; provide solution feedback.
Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
Assist other team members as needed.
Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission; report anomalies daily with needed corrections.
Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Participate in and complete training and certification programs.
Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows.
Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
Scheduling & Planning
Hours and locations may vary week to week, including occasional weekends; some early‑morning hours and holidays based on store/client requirements.
Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
Qualifications
Must be 18 or older (insurance requirements).
Authorized to work in the United States.
Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekend, holiday, early‑morning and late‑night availability as needed.
Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
Climb a ladder up to 10 feet.
Safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
Able to kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle/grasp, and reach overhead.
Good communication via phone, text, and email, and ability to use a smartphone to clock in/out and upload photos.
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or merchandising experience beneficial.
Experience with installation and merchandising, hand and power tools, planogram (POG) directives.
Own an Android or Apple mobile device; capable of navigating communication platforms.
Complete training assignments and tasks within designated timeframes.
Hold reliable transportation; valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
