Pay: $20 to $40.00/hr. DOE

Position Summary To provide service on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.
Work Hours 8:00am - 6:30pm, Monday through Friday; evenings & weekends as needed; on-call rotation required
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or its equivalent
Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
3 + years' experience as a HVAC service technician
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
EPA Universal Certification
Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in the service of HVAC equipment
Demonstrate willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes
Work from 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder
Understand and communicate benefits of preventable maintenance
Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems to customers and coworkers
Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
