Brooklyn Park, MN – TIG Welder – Temp to Full‑Time
Pay: $27.00–$32.00 per hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:30pm.
Our client specializes in innovative architectural railing, staging, and custom metal solutions for stadiums, performance venues, and commercial buildings. They are looking for a skilled welder to join their team and contribute to high‑quality products that define their reputation.
Responsibilities
Perform near‑perfect coined GTAW welds on aluminum and steel (thickness range .080″ to 1″).
Interpret shop drawings and follow weld symbols.
Produce structurally sound welds to meet deadlines.
Maintain knowledge of the GMAW process.
Qualifications
2 years of experience in aluminum TIG welding in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to supply your own auto‑darkening welding helmet and proper work shoes/boots.
Proficiency reading a tape measure.
Pass an all‑position AWS Welder Qualification test.
