Adecco is currently assisting one of our exciting new clients who is the rapidly growing food manufacturer in the San Antonio, TX market. Hours
1st shift starts at 7:00am - 3:30pm
2nd shift starts at 3:30pm - 12:00am
3rd Shift starts 11:00pm - 7:30am
Pay
$16 - 22 per hour DOE
Pay Details:
$16.00 to $22.00 per hour
Responsibilities The Quality Control Technician is responsible for the quality, food safety and aesthetics of the product. The QC technicians follow through on set processes and ensure adherence to good manufacturing practices (GMP), food safety, Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards and product quality standards. Responsible for performing routine inspections and audits by the means of evaluating raw materials and finished packaged goods produced during the shift. Ensure goods meet or exceed the customer expectations in quality and shipping requirements compliance, conformity, and proper shipment. Communicate quality issues to support staff to ensure quick resolution. Qualifications
1+ years Quality Control experience
Prior experience working in food manufacturing
Familiarity with Food Safety/Product Safety systems
Experience with raw and packaging materials
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Detail oriented and the capacity to learn quickly
Possess at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent
Availability
Availability to work shift work and OT as needed
