About the Job
We are seeking a skilled
Welding Fabricator
to join our manufacturing team. This position plays a critical role in fabricating high-quality steel and metal components that support our commitment to precision, safety, and reliability. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and experienced in hands-on welding and fabrication work.
What You’ll Do
Weld, cut, and fabricate metal components using MIG, TIG, and stick welding processes.
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and fabrication drawings.
Prepare materials by measuring, cutting, fitting, and tacking parts.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and safety standards are met.
Maintain welding equipment and a clean, organized work area.
Follow all safety policies and report equipment or material issues promptly.
Work collaboratively with shop leadership and teammates to meet production goals.
What We’re Looking For
Completion of a formal welding apprenticeship or equivalent in-house training.
Hands-on experience with MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical shop‑floor work.
