Siemens . The Electrification & Automation (EA) Business Unit offers the full range of energy distribution systems and solutions for all markets and through all sales channels. We provide reliable power distribution grids of today while investing in our Future Grids portfolio to create the power distribution grid of the future. This position will be based in Knightdale, NC. You will train at our Wendell, NC facility for the first month before moving over to the Knightdale location. Responsibilities

The Warehouse & Logistics Technician will be responsible for all key warehouse responsibilities: Receiving, Put-Away, Picking & Delivery, Shipping, & Inventory Management for the Siemens Smart Infrastructure SKID Assembly Workshop (SieSAW) Facility. Safely operate stand-up reach trucks, order pickers, and sit-down forklifts in high-traffic areas and narrow aisles, while unloading and receiving production materials and recording them in SAP. Count and verify incoming materials in the storeroom and pick materials for internal and external customers using RF scanners with accuracy. Efficiently pack and ship materials damage-free, load outgoing shipments, and ensure proper documentation is provided to drivers. Proficient with small hand tools, including battery, electrical, and air-powered tools. Adhere to all safety rules, follow established processes and methods, and actively seek improvement opportunities. Work independently with strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management. Shift and Compensation

Shift Hours: 7:00AM - 3:30PM Hourly Rate: $19.00 Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. 1+ years’ experience in material management, preferably in Warehousing Must be able to lift parts or sub-assemblies that weigh up to 50 lbs. occasionally Basic proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking Applicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States without the need for current or future employer - sponsored work authorization Preferred Qualifications

Experience with warehouse operations and carrier communication / coordination. 1+ years’ experience driving a forklift Experience with SAP and Microsoft Suite applications. Preferred experience working in a corporate setting. Preferred experience working with multi-million dollar contracts. Understanding of safety principles and how to operate in an industrial setting. Ability to adapt to constant change and implement new processes. You’ll make an impact by:
