Shift Schedule 2nd shift Monday‑Thursday 2:00 pm‑12:00 am. Shift incentive includes a 10%‑15% premium, paid lunch, 3‑day weekends, and eligibility to transfer to 1st shift as needed.
What you can expect As Engineering – Draft and Design Technician, each day will bring new experiences and opportunities for growth. You will need a basic to advanced knowledge of aircraft structures, ability to read blueprints, work from drawings, fastening systems, procedures and techniques. Responsibilities
Proper development of technical data, including substantiation for FAA 8110‑3 approval.
Research processes and procedures for modifying, repairing, and altering components.
Create and verify work‑order planning documents.
Assist shop with interpretation of drawings, processes, and procedures to support component repair.
Qualifications
Must be able to read blueprints.
Basic computer skills for navigating electronic training, manuals, and maintenance databases, Microsoft Office, and other engineering programs.
Effective written and verbal communication in English.
Any other job‑related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
