As a
Pallet Repairer , you’ll build and repair wooden pallets daily to fulfill customer needs. This piece‑rate position rewards you—more pallets, more pay.
Responsibilities
Receive wood from the saw shop and assemble with a nail gun along set stringers.
Stack finished products by hand for forklift operators.
Maintain safety by following all company procedures.
Achieve high quality while sustaining high volume of finished goods.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to lift wooden pallets weighing about 50 lbs. regularly.
Experience in lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, roofing, or similar preferred.
Quick hands, attention to detail, commitment to quality.
Effective communication skills.
Availability to work overtime as needed.
Work Environment
Work in extreme conditions including heat, cold, and airborne particulates.
Repetitive lifting up to 50‑75 lbs. and bending, stooping, walking, pivoting, and standing for entire shifts.
Noise level varies location.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required: eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes.
Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, color vision.
Compensation Hourly Pay:
$15.00/hr Shift:
1st Shift Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:00pm Location:
Columbus, OH 43207
