Position Overview We are seeking an Experienced Paralegal to provide advanced support to attorneys handling complex, high-stakes matters. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong litigation support experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage cases independently in a fast-paced legal setting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive litigation and case support to attorneys;
Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel;
Draft, review, and manage legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence;
Conduct legal and factual research as needed;
File legal documents with courts and government agencies;
Organize, maintain, and audit case files (physical and electronic); and
Coordinate deadlines, hearings, and case calendars.
What You Bring To The Table You should be motivated, detail-oriented, and have a strong background working in litigation. We also want you to have:
Minimum of 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in litigation or criminal defense;
Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred;
Strong knowledge of legal procedures, filings, and case management;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with legal software (e.g., Clio) strongly preferred;
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously; and
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
