We are seeking a Full‑Time Litigation Paralegal. A minimum of 3 years experience in personal injury litigation is required.
Responsibilities
Draft Complaints and Initial Discovery
Forward Complaints to process servers and monitor service of process
Draft Discovery Responses
Calendaring and Noticing Depositions and Leaves of Absence
Draft and File Standard Motions and Motion Responses
Calendaring litigation timelines
Conduct status update calls with clients
Send and follow up on non‑party discovery requests
Assist in trial preparation
Qualifications
Personal Injury litigation experience (minimum 3 years)
Strong drafting skills
Excellent organizational skills
Fast typing speed (digital firm)
Self‑starter with strong customer service skills
