Responsibilities
Drafting complaints and initial discovery
Forwarding complaints to process servers and monitoring the service of process
Drafting discovery responses
Calendaring and noticing depositions and leaves of absence
Drafting and filing standard motions and motion responses
Calendaring litigation timelines
Conducting status update calls with clients
Client update calls
Sending out and following up on non‑party discovery requests
Assist in trial preparation
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of litigation experience in personal injury
Experience in drafting complaints, discovery, and motions
Strong organizational and communication skills
Fast typing skills preferred; fully digital firm
