A respected Valley law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its dynamic Employment Defense team. This Litigation Paralegal role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is proficient in Microsoft Excel, takes initiative, and brings strong civil litigation experience. Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Litigation Paralegal Qualifications & Experience
3+ years of civil litigation experience
Strong math skills; Exposure Analysis experience is a plus
Experience formatting legal documents, deposition summaries, and managing large discovery productions (including redactions)
