About the Role We are seeking a skilled Service Technician with HVAC experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and cooling systems, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Install, diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems and equipment
Perform routine maintenance and preventative servicing
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Deliver excellent customer service while on job sites
Keep tools, equipment, and service vehicle in proper working condition
Qualifications
Proven experience as an HVAC technician or service technician
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred but Not Required
EPA certification or other HVAC-related certifications
Experience with both residential and commercial systems
