Job Description We are seeking a reliable and skilled Industrial Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of mechanical tasks to ensure our equipment and facilities are safe, clean, and functional. This position has tremendous growth potential!
Working knowledge of drive shafts, bearing, gearing, mechanical belts, hydraulics, and pneumatics is an absolute requirement for the position.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine mechanical maintenance tasks, including equipment, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
Installation of new equipment.
Conduct equipment inspections equipment to proactively identify potential issues.
Respond promptly to mechanical requests and emergencies.
Maintain accurate records of mechanical activities and repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Assist with other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Experience in reading diagrams, schematics, and service manuals.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Experience working with bearing, gears, and shafts with precise tolerances.
Experience in servicing and installing hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Good physical condition ability to lift heavy objects; minimum 30 pounds.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
