Industrial Mechanic

Requirements
4 or more years of experience working as a mechanic in a food manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of mechanical systems, industrial automation, PLC troubleshooting, pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic electrical systems
Familiarity with industrial ovens, proofers, mixers, dough handling systems, and packaging lines
Ability to use machine shop tools and precision measurement instruments
Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
Experience with CMMS
Responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance on industrial equipment and automation systems
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on large-scale machinery and robotics
Conduct regular inspections and safety checks to ensure that all equipment meets food safety and operational standards
Collaborate with production and sanitation teams to minimize equipment downtime and maximize efficiency
Participate in equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
