Responsibilities
Operate equipment efficiently and safely.
Inspect and package plastic products to maintain quality.
Use basic tools and place boxes on pallets.
Properly complete all required paperwork.
Read process manuals and record measurements.
Ensure accuracy and monitor quality of production runs.
Maintain continuous production runs and machine efficiency.
Keep plant clean through daily work‑area cleaning and proper scrap placement.
Perform additional job duties as required by leadership.
Adhere to all company and departmental procedures.
Follow all safety, food safety, GMP and HACCP practices.
Meet high school diploma / GED or equivalent work experience requirement.
Qualifications
High school diploma / GED or equivalent work experience.
Ability to perform calculations of parts requirements.
Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
Ability to use basic tools before placing boxes on pallets.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Physical capability to stand/walk for 8 consecutive hours, lift up to 35 lbs., and use hands to grasp, grip and manipulate boxes.
Ability to read, write and record in quality and production records.
Comfortable working with and around heavy machinery and equipment.
Physical Demands The job requires standing, walking, handling objects with hands, reaching, speaking and hearing, climbing or balancing occasionally, stooping, kneeling and tasting/smelling sometimes. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds and have clear, distance, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment The employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts, extreme heat, risk of electrical shock, wet/humid conditions, high precarious places, fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and outside weather conditions.

Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour (plus $2.00 per hour shift differential)
Job Type: Full‑time
Shifts Available: Third shift – 8 hour night shift Monday‑Friday 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM (plus $2.00 shift differential)
Some weekend overtime may be required.
