$47,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machinery (mills, lathes, etc.) according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and G-code programs.
Perform in-process and final quality inspections using precision measuring tools.
Monitor machine operations, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments.
Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
Load and unload parts, ensuring proper fixturing and tooling.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Recommended Qualifications
Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC mills and/or lathes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and G-code/M-code programs.
Skilled in using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) for quality control.
Strong understanding of tooling, offsets, and fixture setup.
Knowledge of various metal properties and machining processes.
Bonus Qualifications
Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, Mastercam)
Experience operating and programming multi-axis CNC machines (4-axis, 5-axis)
Basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting skills
Experience with advanced metrology equipment (e.g., CMM, optical comparator)
