Base pay range: $21.00/hr – $23.00/hr.
Position: Mechanical Assembler. Shift: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Pay: $21–$23/hr.
Summary: Join the growing team at EnSight Solutions as a Mechanical Assembler! As part of our dynamic production crew, you'll assemble tank stands and motor components for stainless‑steel food‑processing equipment, and you’ll have opportunities to grow your skills in grinding, polishing, and general fabrication.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assemble stainless steel tank stands and motor components for Likwifier systems.
Assist with layout, fitting, and basic fabrication tasks.
Learn and support grinding and polishing operations as needed.
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist with material handling, including moving parts and equipment using forklifts or cranes.
Support general shop operations and collaborate with team members to maintain production flow.
Follow safety procedures and quality standards at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or GED (preferred).
Experience:
3–4 years of manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience preferred.
Forklift experience a plus.
Ability to read and interpret tape measures, blueprints, and basic schematics.
Skills and Abilities:
Familiarity with hand and power tools.
Basic stainless grinding and polishing experience/knowledge is preferred.
Willingness to learn welding and grinding techniques.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; crouch and kneel; speak and hear. Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Vision: close, distance, color, and depth perception. Safety: wear safety glasses and steel‑toe boots.
