Job Title: Mechanical Assemblers 4 Openings
PAY: Starts out at $21/hour, WILL INCREASE TO $28/HOUR AFTER 1 YEAR.
Shift: 1st shift 6AM-4:30PM Monday-Thursday (up to 8 hours of overtime.)
Job Description We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team in assembling stainless steel laboratory equipment. This position requires the ability to perform full-cycle assembly and testing independently, utilizing hand tools, and reading blueprints and schematics.
Responsibilities
Assemble stainless steel lab equipment using hand tools.
Perform full-cycle assembly and testing independently.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics daily.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment with some assistance.
Select appropriate tools, materials, and equipment for non-repetitive assembly operations.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, wiring schematics, and work instructions.
Ability to lift between 50 to 75 lbs.
2 years of recent assembly experience or related experience.
Mechanically inclined with a stable work history.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma required.
Previous industrial assembly experience is advantageous.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Work hours are Monday through Thursday, from 6 am to 4:30 pm, with potential overtime starting at 5 am.
After 1 year of tenure the position goes to $28/hr! Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Kansas City, MO.
